1. Project Overview
Designer agrees to design and develop a website for the Client. The website will include the design, structure, and functionality agreed upon before the project begins.
2. Scope of Work
The project includes:
- Custom website design and setup
- Mobile-friendly (responsive) design
- Contact form setup
- Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, descriptions, etc.)
Client Updates Before Launch:
Client may request changes, additions, or adjustments to the website at no additional charge before the website is officially launched, as long as they remain within the agreed scope of the project. Once the website is launched or transferred to the Client, any further changes or additions will be considered revisions and may be billed separately.
Not included unless agreed in writing:
- Logo design +$50
- Advanced features (booking systems, e-commerce, memberships, etc.) +$50
3. Payment & Launch Terms
- The website will not be published, transferred, or made live until full payment has been received.

- Payment is due in full upon completion of the website and before launch.
- Failure to complete payment will result in the website not being published or delivered.
4. Maintenance & Ongoing Services
After the website is completed, the Client may choose to continue optional services:
- Website updates and minor edits: $25 per month (small text changes, image updates, minor content adjustments)
5. Domain Name & Renewal (Optional)
If the Client chooses to purchase a domain through the Designer, the Client will be responsible for the yearly domain cost. Domain pricing varies depending on availability and provider, and will be billed annually at the exact cost of renewal. Failure to renew the domain may result in the website becoming inaccessible.
6. Revisions
This project includes up to 2 revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond this will be billed separately at an agreed-upon rate.
7. Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels the project after work has begun, Designer reserves the right to invoice for any completed work. If the Designer is unable to complete the project, no further payment will be required.
8. Ownership
Upon full payment, the Client will own the final website content delivered. Designer may display the finished project in a portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
9. Liability
Designer is not responsible for business performance, sales, or results generated by the website.
